Enabling Food Deliveries with Easy Checkouts


The challenge


When Malaysia announced a national lockdown to contain the spread of COVID in March 2020, StoreHub knew that cafes and restaurants which made up half of their customer base might not survive.

Although the food delivery market was saturated, many established food delivery platforms charged businesses high transaction fees, which cut into restaurants’ already thin margins.


StoreHub was looking for:

Within 48 hours of the lockdown announcement, the StoreHub team launched Beep Delivery, an online ordering system with integrated logistics and payments, to help their restaurant partners run sustainable food delivery services.
