Scope and Consent

You accept this Privacy Policy when you sign up for, access, or use our products, services, content, features, technologies or functions offered on our website and all related sites, applications, and services (collectively “2C2P Services”). This Privacy Policy is intended to govern the use of 2C2P Services by our users (including, without limitation those who use the 2C2P Services in the course of their trade or business) unless otherwise agreed through contract. We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective as of the published effective date.

Collection of your Personal Information

We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you to provide a service or carry out a transaction that you have requested such as receiving information about 2C2P products and services, ordering e-mail newsletters, joining a limited-access premium site or service, signing up for an event or training, or when purchasing, downloading and/or registering 2C2P products. The personal information we collect may include your name, title, company or organization name, work e-mail, work phone, work or home address, information about your job function, information about your company, and credit card information.

The Site may collect certain information about your visit, such as the name of the Internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet; the date and time you access the Site; the pages that you access while at the Site and the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked directly to our site. This information is used to help improve the site, analyse trends and administer the site.

Information you provide to us: We may collect and store any information you provide us when you use 2C2P Services, including when you add information on a web form, add or update your account information, participate in community discussions, chats, or dispute resolutions, or when you otherwise correspond with us regarding 2C2P Services. When you use 2C2P Services, we also collect information about your transactions and your activities. In addition, if you open a 2C2P account or use 2C2P Services, we may collect the following types of information:

• Contact information, such as your name, address, phone, email and other similar information.
• Financial information, such as the full bank account numbers and/or credit card numbers that you link to your 2C2P account or give us when you use 2C2P Services.
• Detailed personal information such as your date of birth or national ID number.

We may also collect information from or about you from other sources, such as through your contact with us, including our customer support team, your results when you respond to a survey, your interactions with members of the 2C2P corporate family or other companies (subject to their privacy policies and applicable law), and from other accounts we have reason to believe you control (whether in part or in whole). Additionally, for quality and training purposes or for its own protection, 2C2P may monitor or record its telephone conversations with you or anyone acting on your behalf. By communicating with 2C2P, you acknowledge that your communication may be overheard, monitored, or recorded without further notice or warning.

Information from other sources: We may also obtain information about you from third parties such as credit bureaus and identity verification services. You may choose to provide us with access to certain personal information stored by third parties such as social media sites (e.g., Facebook). The information we may receive varies by site and is controlled by that site. By associating an account managed by a third party with your 2C2P account and authorizing 2C2P to have access to this information, you agree that 2C2P may collect, store and use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Using Your Mobile Device: We may offer you the ability to connect with 2C2P Services using a mobile device, either through a mobile application or via a mobile optimized website. The provisions of this Privacy Policy apply to all such mobile access and use of mobile devices. When you download or use our mobile applications, or access one of our mobile optimized sites, we may receive information about your location and your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device. We may use this information to provide you with location-based services, such as advertising, search results, and other personalized content. Most mobile devices allow you to control or disable location services in the device's setting's menu. If you have questions about how to disable your device's location services, we recommend you contact your mobile service carrier or the manufacture of your particular device.

Use of your Personal Information

The personal information collected on this Site will be used to operate the Site and to provide the service(s) or carry out the transaction(s) you have requested or authorized.

In support of these uses, 2C2P may use personal information to provide you with more effective customer service, to improve the Site and any related 2C2P products or services, and to make the Site easier to use by eliminating the need for you to repeatedly enter the same information or by customizing the Site to your particular preference or interests.

We may use your personal information to provide you with important information about the product or service that you are using, including critical updates and notifications. Additionally, with your permission, we may send you information about other 2C2P products and services, and/or share information with 2C2P partners so they may send you information about their products and services.

We merge site-visitation data with anonymous demographic information for research purposes, and we may use this information in aggregate to provide more relevant content. In some limited entry sections of 2C2P.com, with your approval, we will combine site-visitation data with your personal information in order to provide you with personalized content. If you decline permission, we will not provide you the personalized service and will not merge your personal information with site-visitation data. When you sign up for a newsletter or agree to receive promotional e-mail, 2C2P may use customized links or similar technologies to track e-mail links that you click. We may associate that information with your personal information in order to provide you more focused e-mail communications or purchase information.

Some services on 2C2P offer individuals the ability to publicly display certain personal information, such as for a 2C2P partner who wishes to publish contact information as part of offering a business service. Participation in such services is always optional.

Marketing

2C2P occasionally hires other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as Web site hosting, packaging, and sending information about our products, special offers, and other services. We will only provide those companies the personal information they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

Share Personal Information with Other Third Parties

We may share your personal information with:

• Members of the 2C2P corporate family to provide joint content, products, and services (such as registration, transactions and customer support), to help detect and prevent potentially illegal acts and violations of our policies, and to guide decisions about their products, services, and communications. Members of our corporate family will use this information to send you marketing communications only if you have requested their services;
• Credit bureaus and collection agencies to report account information, as permitted by law;
• Companies that we plan to merge with or are acquired by. (Should such a combination occur, we will require that the new combined entity follow this Privacy Policy with respect to your personal information. If your personal information could be used contrary to this policy, you will receive prior notice.);
• Service providers and/or other third parties who help 2C2P with processing payments, collecting and processing data, hosting, compliance, audits, communications, and security in compliance with applicable law.
• Law enforcement, government officials, or other third parties pursuant to a subpoena, court order, or other legal process or requirement applicable to 2C2P or one of its affiliates; when we need to do so to comply with law or credit card rules; or when we believe, in our sole discretion, that the disclosure of personal information is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity or to investigate violations of our User Agreement; and
• act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of 2C2P employees or agents, users of 2C2P products or services, or members of the public. Personal information collected on the Site may be stored and processed in Thailand or any other country in which 2C2P or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and by using the Site, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.

Control of your Personal Information Except as otherwise described in this statement, personal information you provide on the Site will not be shared outside of 2C2P and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates without your permission.

Please be aware that this privacy statement and any choices you make on the Site will not necessarily apply to personal information you may have provided to 2C2P in the context of other, separately operated, 2C2P products or services.

2C2P may send out periodic e-mails informing you of technical service or security issues related to a product or service you requested, or confirming you requested a product or service. In some services offered at 2C2P.com, contact with the customer is an intrinsic part of the service. You will not be able to choose to unsubscribe to these mailings, as they are considered an essential part of the service(s) you have chosen.

Your Privacy Rights and Choices

You have choices regarding our use and disclosure of your personal information:

• Opting out of receiving electronic communications from us. If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from us, you may opt out using the unsubscribe link included in emails. We will try to comply with your request(s) as soon as reasonably possible. Do note that if you opt-out of receiving marketing-related emails from us, we may still send you important administrative messages that are required to provide you with our services.
• How you can see or change your personal information. If you would like to review, correct, or update personal information that you have previously disclosed to us, you may do so by logging in to your account or by contacting us.
• Your data protection rights. Depending on your location and subject to applicable law, you may have the following rights with regard to the personal information we control about you:
  
  - The right to request confirmation of whether 2C2P processes personal information relating to you, and if so, to request a copy of that personal information.
  
  - The right to request that 2C2P rectifies or updates your personal information that is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated.
  
  - The right to request that 2C2P erase your personal information in certain circumstances provided by law.
  
  - The right to request that 2C2P restrict the use of your personal information in certain circumstances, such as while 2C2P considers another request that you have submitted (including a request that 2C2P make an update to your personal information).
  
  - The right to request that 2C2P export to another company, where technically feasible, your personal information that we hold in order to provide services to you.
• Where the processing of your personal information is based on your previously given consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information on grounds relating to your particular situation.
• Process for exercising data protection rights. In order to exercise your data protection rights, you may contact us as described in the Contact Information section below. We take each request seriously and will comply with your request to the extent required by applicable law. We will not be able to respond to a request if we no longer hold your personal information. For your protection, we may need to verify your identity before responding to your request.
• If you are a customer of a 2C2P merchant, please direct your requests directly to the merchant. For example, if you have made a purchase from a merchant using 2C2P as a payment processor, and you have a request that is related to the payment information that you provided as part of the purchase transaction, then you should address your request directly to the merchant.

Security and Retention of your Personal Information

2C2P is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities. Additionally, when we transmit sensitive personal information (such as a credit card number) over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

We retain your personal information as long as we are providing services to you. We retain personal information after we cease providing services directly or indirectly to you, even if you close your 2C2P account or complete a transaction with a 2C2P merchant, to the extent necessary to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. We also retain personal information to comply with our tax, accounting, and financial reporting obligations, where we are required to retain the data by our contractual commitments to our financial partners and where data retention is mandated by the payment methods that we support. Where we retain data, we do so in accordance with any limitation periods and records retention obligations that are imposed by applicable law.

Protection of Children’s Personal Information.

2C2P.com are not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen and we request that they not provide personal information through our services.

Use of Cookies

We use cookies on this Site to ensure the integrity of the registration process and to personalize the Site. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server.
