2C2P Announces New Senior Hires to Accelerate Global Expansion

Singapore – 17 February 2022 – 2C2P, a global payments platform, today announced that it has appointed three new senior executives to drive further expansion. These new Singapore-based hires come as 2C2P rides on the immense growth of digital payments and ecommerce across the world.

Stefan Kuhn, Director, Risk and Compliance

Stefan oversees Risk Management and Compliance across the 2C2P Group in ten markets. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and has worked in Asia since 2006. Before joining 2C2P, Stefan worked with various FinTech companies in Singapore to implement requirements under the new Payment Services Act (PSA) licensing framework. He moved to Singapore in 2008 and held senior compliance roles at Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank and Credit Suisse where he was the Head of Private Banking Compliance, Southeast Asia.

Jerry Wee, Head of Digital Goods

Jerry helps businesses offer digital goods and services to their customers using 2C2P’s platform and explores the potential of rising e-commerce trends like non-fungible tokens and other digital assets. He has over ten years of experience in strategic planning, business management, commercial and product development, and talent development across various industries, including logistics and ecommerce. Before joining 2C2P, Jerry led and managed Digital Goods, Mini App and Payments at Lazada Singapore. In that role, he spearheaded new digital omnichannel business verticals and launched an online-to-offline (O2O) business vertical focusing on locality-based consumption.

Majid Bhatti, Director, Group Project Management

Majid leads the regional project management team. He has over 25 years of leadership experience with global & regional organisations including IBM, Hewlett Packard and DBS in Project & Program Management, Digital Transformation and Enterprise Agile Implementation across many industries. Before joining 2C2P, Majid was the Director, Transition & Transformation (Program Management) APAC at Orange Business Services, leading large complex projects and programs from engagement to delivery in partnership with businesses. Majid regularly shares his wealth of knowledge on DevOps and Enterprise Business Agility at international industry events.
