Kiwanis Malaysia, the Malaysian division of Kiwanis International, is a global community of clubs, members, and partners that aims to improve the lives of children worldwide. Kiwanis Malaysia’s first club was opened in 1976 and has since expanded to 66 clubs and 1,670 members across the country.
Enabling seamless online donations with a variety of digital payment methods
The challenge
Kiwanis Malaysia often experienced a surge in donations, but experienced difficulties with manual and physical collection and tracking of donations.

2C2P helped Kiwanis Malaysia with its payment gateway solution, enabling it to receive donations via a myriad of payment methods such as credit/debit cards, Financial Process Exchange (FPX), and digital wallets. Kiwanis Malaysia was thus able to launch its digital Kiwanis 4.0 platform, which also came outfitted with a simple user interface and UX.
2C2P’s solution further helped Kiwanis Malaysia to launch quick campaigns to help the needy. The Kiwanis White Flag Community Fund was one such campaign, launched during COVID-19 to help families who were adversely affected by the pandemic.
2C2P’s solution also powered Kiwanis Malaysia’s Klang Flood Relief Community Fund in December 2021. This fund was set up as an emergency response to the flood that overran Klang Valley at the time, providing aid to local residents. In total, Kiwanis Malaysia raised RM 31,100 (USD 7,406.53) for this effort.
